The following personal information will only be used for the stated reasons:

Name: For identification purposes.

Phone Number: To contact you to discuss, arrange or cancel sessions.

Email Address: For correspondence, such as arranging/cancelling sessions.

Any personal data shall only be used for core business purposes and shall not be shared with any third party or used for advertising.

Prospective clients shall be contacted by phone, text or email as requested. Clients shall not be contacted for marketing or advertising purposes and only for reasons related to counselling and
their treatment.

All personal information collected will be deleted within three month unless you become a client
then information will be kept as discussed and recorded in my Counselling Contract and in accordance to ICO guidelines.
